PAT Testing Portsmouth will accept no liability for loss or damage, for electrical appliances that are not available or inaccessible during the PAT testing period. PAT Testing  Portsmouth accepts no liability for loss or damage to appliances found to be faulty before or after testing.  All PAT Testing is carried out at the customers risk.

Insurance cover for public liability is provided by PAT Testing Portsmouth. No liability will be accepted for interruption, loss of data/information. The customer must ensure critical information/data has been protected  and backed up prior to PAT testing. 

Payment is due within 7 days from date of invoice. Ownership of results and certificates remain the property of PAT Testing Portsmouth until all invoices are paid In full. Results are kept on record and a copy can be requested.
